Consolidated Utility Services, Inc. acquires Red-Alta Utility Location Ltd.
Red Deer, Alberta, Canada – Consolidated Utility Services, Inc. announced today that it has completed the purchase of Canadian based Red-Alta Utility Location Ltd.. Founded in 1990, Red-Alta employs over 100 employees and provides contract, oil-field & private utility locating services across Alberta, Saskatchewan and British Columbia. Consolidated will integrate Red-Alta into its current operations, a move that will expand Consolidated’s footprint across the provinces of Alberta and British Columbia while adding service to the provinces of Saskatchewan and Ontario.
