Consolidated Utility Services, Inc. has acquired De-Tech Holding Company Inc.

Consolidated Utility Services, Inc. (CUS), a portfolio company of Tricor Pacific Capital, has acquired the assets of De-Tech Holding Company Inc., a provider of underground utility locating services to municipal, telecommunication, electrical and gas utility customers.
